Western Engineering Consultants (WEC) was retained to assist through annexation, zoning, and subdivision platting and engineering for a 200 plus acre master planned residential subdivision and commercial development for Mr. Bob Grand. The commercial component of this project is depicted above with the possibility of a hotel or motel site with a truck stop/convenience store on the other portion.
