Mr. Cox has served a wide variety of clients, including local and federal governments, municipalities, water and sanitation districts, school districts, and private developers performing as a Senior Project Manager, Project Engineer, Staff Engineer, and Resident Construction Engineer over the past 28 years. His projects have included large residential and commercial land developments, municipal water transmission lines and sanitary sewer interceptors, bridges, public and private roadways, storm systems, flood control channels, floodplain mapping, floodway improvements, aeronautical development, regional detention facilities, irrigation facilities, slurry walls, earthen dams, planning, annexations, zoning and various environmental services.
