The SunBorne Companies and Western Engineering Consultants (WEC President Chadwin Cox have worked together since 2000 on their InterPort Development located on the south side of Centennial Airport. WEC has performed site Master Planning and Engineering for their 125 acres within Arapahoe County as well as site specific development services necessary to gain approvals of projects from the Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority, Arapahoe County Engineering, Arapahoe County Water and Waste Water District, South East Metro Storm Water Authority, South Metro Fire Rescue, Cherry Creek Basin Water Quality Authority, and the FAA. Services provided for SunBorne projects include on site grading, drainage, storm, sanitary and water systems, regional detention design, County GESC permitting, aeronautical related layouts and designs, and FAR Part 77 analysis and FAA 7460 permitting.
