Landmark Towers 1 & 2 with Retail Center

Greenwood Village, Colorado

Project Description

Although Western Engineering Consultants (WEC) had only been in existence for just over two years at the time – they were referred to the Everest Development Company to take over their 15 acre redevelopment project. The former commercial office building and parking lot was transposed into a Site Plan of two high rise residential towers and nearly 200,000 square foot of retail. WEC took over the responsibility to gain what the original designs lacked – approvals from multiple agencies. While the foundations and steel were already in place when first retained, WEC successfully navigated and achieved the multi-agency approvals in order to allow the site water, sewer, storm, roadways, and unique underground storm detention improvements to begin construction. WEC was hired for its expertise of completing development in Greenwood Village. WEC took this property through engineering applications including development review with the City of Greenwood Village Metro District, South Metro Fire District and Goldsmith Sewer District, Southgate Water and Wastewater District, and Denver Water Department.
