City Bark Doggie Day Care - Stonegate

Project Description

Western Engineering Consultants (WEC) was hired by White Construction Company to perform engineering, land planning and landscape architectural services for this project. As a result of our performance on the Brighton Animal Clinic, Play!Stay! & More!, WEC was recommended by the owner to White Construction. Citybark has a 10,900 square foot facility on site with capacity to house 100 animals in their indoor kennels. Other amenities planned for this doggie day care include multiple secure dog runs, and a 3000 square foot fenced outdoor play area. Other site features include on site detention basin for drainage of surface water, ample parking for drop offs and office visits, a bike rack for kids and an extensive landscape package to buffer this development from Mangano Lane.
